HVAC Systems

We install Tempstar units, a member of the Carrier family of products. All of our unit installations come with a 1 year labor warranty provided by we here at Precision Heating & Air and a 10 year parts warranty provided by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. This warranty covers only the equipment we originally install and does not extend to any part not included in the original installation. Upon installation, you will be provided a packet that includes all warranty information. Please read this information carefully to better understand your warranty coverage.

Ductwork Installation

Our ductwork installations come with a 1 year labor and materials warranty provided by we here at Precision Heating & Air. This warranty covers the ductwork only and does not extend to the unit itself. This warranty does not cover damage to the ductwork caused by animals or improper handling by any person not employed by Precision Heating & Air.

Thermostats

We generally install Honeywell brand digital thermostats, though your system's needs may differ. These thermostats are covered by a 5 year parts and replacement warranty provided by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. This warranty covers the thermostat only and does not extend to any other part of the unit or the ductwork. This warranty only covers defective equipment and does not cover possible damage done by bugs or other outside forces.
